The Sanctum, with a spacious area of around 220 m², offers the ideal environment for seminars of all kinds. With a capacity of up to 80 people, our seminar room is perfect for groups looking for an inspiring and versatile venue.
Our self-catering option makes it possible to not only work in one room, but also to cook and eat together. Our included dining room has a modern kitchen that invites you to socialize.
The 110 m² ballroom offers sufficient space for various event formats, be it setting up workstations for intensive workshops or a "theater set-up" of furniture for presentations and discussions.
In addition to the two seminar rooms (ballroom and dining room) on the 2nd floor, our garden is at your disposal, a perfect place to relax or hold informal discussions in a pleasant environment.

The optimal number of people of 24 creates an intimate environment, perfect for teamwork and interactive meetings, but in principle a number of up to 44 people is possible. The tables can be flexibly arranged for different workstations to meet the needs of your seminar.
During breaks, our garden invites you to take a breath of fresh air and linger in a relaxed atmosphere. Here you can recharge your batteries, exchange ideas or even move your working environment outside and let new ideas blossom there.
